Please contact us via email within 48 hours from the time package is received. All unused items purchased from Blinking Beauté website, in its original packaging, may qualify for a refund if returned within 10 business days.

Used lashes do not qualify for a refund/exchange. Empty or refilled Levres do not qualify for a return/exchange. All returns are discarded for sanitary reasons.

 

Blinking Beaute is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Blinking Beaute is not responsible for lost or un-trackable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Once the item(s) for return are received and reviewed, we will issue the refund minus any shipping expense.

 

Customers purchasing Blinking Beauté products from other retailers will have to refer to the other retailer's return/refund policy for refunds or exchanges.
